Stuck in-game, hit a bug, or have a suggestion? Send us a message—we read everything that comes in. The app has no login, so it helps if you mention your platform (iOS, Android, or web) and, when you can, your app version and what you were doing when the issue appeared.

Common questions
- How do I play? From the start screen, open Instructions for rules on the map, resources, terrain, and buildings.
- I lost my save Progress is stored on your device only. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data starts a new colony—we cannot restore a deleted local save.
- Purchases and downloads Payments and refunds go through Apple or Google. For billing or install problems, contact their support; we do not have access to your payment details.
Updates
Irata continues to receive gameplay and balance updates. When you report a problem, note the turn number or screen if you can—that makes reproduction much easier.
