Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Irata — Space Colony (the “App”), including its mobile and web versions, collects, uses, and discloses information. The App can be played without creating an in-App account, and gameplay save data is not collected on our servers.
Information we collect
We do not request your name, email address, or similar direct identifiers within the App.
The App may store the following information locally on your device only:
- Game progress and settings to continue gameplay.
- Local records such as high scores and App preferences.
This information remains on your device unless you uninstall the App or clear its storage. The web version may use browser storage similarly.
Analytics and diagnostics
On supported platforms, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregated usage and App stability (for example, screen usage and crash patterns), not to directly identify you. Google may process technical data, such as device or App version, under Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not serve third-party advertisements in the App.
In App Store privacy terms, this information is intended to be treated as Data Not Linked to You and used for Analytics and Diagnostics.
Tracking and data linking
We do not use your data for cross-app or cross-website tracking by third parties, and we do not intentionally link analytics or diagnostics data to your identity in our own systems.
App stores
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms process billing and certain technical data under their own policies. We do not receive your payment card or bank details from them.
Game Center and Play Games leaderboards
On mobile platforms, the App may submit your game score (for example, turns survived) to platform game services when you use leaderboard features: Apple Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games Services on Android.
These services are operated by Apple and Google under their own terms. We do not operate our own leaderboard backend and do not store your leaderboard account identity on our servers. Your display name, profile, and leaderboard visibility are managed through your Apple or Google account settings.
Children
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe information was collected in error, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top will change.
